Shipping


How much does shipping cost?

Standard Delivery charges are inclusive in the Invoice. Express Delivery charges may be charged at extra and will be informed on the basis of the delivery location.

 

What shipping carriers do you use?

All your orders are sent via reputed courier partners and/or registered post through the Indian Postal Service depending upon your location of delivery.

 

Where do you deliver?

Usually we deliver to every part of India. Still, we insist you, please enter your Pin Code on the product page to know whether the product can be delivered to your location.

 

Can I get a return or refund if the product is damaged while shipping?

Small packages are sent through 3rd party courier company, if any item is found damaged during shipping, in that case, the following replacement shall be provided for such damaged products as per NIP policy only after damaged material is returned back to us. If NIP is intimated within 7 days from the date of delivery.

 

 

Returns

What is the timeline for returning the item?

We accept the return request within 7 days from the date of delivery of the product post which no returns shall be accepted.

 

I need to return an item; how do I arrange for a pick-up?

If you have received any damaged piece or wish to return any particular item then you can initiate a return by contacting us on sales@nirmalpower.com. After receiving the request, you shall receive a call thereby explaining the process of return that you have initiated.

Wherever possible our courier partner will facilitate the pick-up of the item. In case, the pick-up cannot be arranged through our courier partner, you can return the item through a third-party courier service. Return fees shall be borne by the buyer.

 

 

Refunds

When will I get my refund?

Following are the estimated refund processing timelines after the item is received by the seller who notifies us of the receipt of the return and issues a refund to your original payment method:

*Once the payment is refunded, we may provide you with reference no. generated and in case you do not receive refund timelines you may contact your bank for further information and we shall not be held responsible in case you do not receive a refund.

 

How much amount of refund will be provided while the product is in transit?

We usually ship products in a short time, with intent to deliver the item within 2-4 business weeks across INDIA. Once, the item starts traveling, cancellation of the existing order will attract 15% cancellation charges of the total product value canceled.

 

What if cancellations are due to unavoidable reasons?

There are times when some unavoidable reason occurs, in such case, if the order id has been generated and paid partially, cancellation of the existing order will attract 15% cancellation charges of total product value canceled.

 

 

Delivery

What is the estimated delivery time?

Generally, sellers procure and ship the items within the time specified on the product page  but may vary on the following factors:

  1. The seller offering the product
  2. Product's availability with the seller
  3. The destination to which the order needs to be shipped from the location of the Seller
  4. For any other reason which is not attributable to the Seller

The Seller ships your order(s) with our courier partners where you can expect delivery(s) within two (2) to six (4) working weeks upon payment verification depending on the volume of orders received.

 

Why does the estimated delivery time vary for each seller?

You should have probably noticed varying estimated delivery time of the product you are interested in. Delivery times are influenced by product availability, geographic location of the seller, your shipping destination, and the courier partner's time-to-deliver in your location.

You may enter your pin code on the product page to know more accurate delivery times on the product page itself.

 

Why doesn’t the seller ship to my area?

Please enter your Pin Code on the product page to know whether the product can be delivered to your location. If not deliverable at your Pin Code, the same may be due to the following factors listed below:

(a) If you haven't provided your Pin Code until the checkout stage, the Pin Code in your shipping address will be used to check for serviceability.

(b) Whether your location can be serviced or not depends on:

  1. Whether the seller is available to ship to your location
  2. Legal restrictions, if any, in shipping particular products to your location
  3. The non-availability of reliable courier partners in your location.
  4. At times sellers may not be able to or prefer to ship to certain locations due to certain restrictions or otherwise which is entirely based on their own discretion.

What are the payment methods available?

At the moment, we accept only prepaid orders and currently we do not offer a Cash on Delivery (CoD) payment option.

Installation and Relocating:

Do you provide installation services?

Yes, only after the site survey is done.

 

Can we shift the solar system from one location to another?

Yes, it is assembled with nuts/bolts so you can easily de-construct installation and move to any new location. (Depends upon the type of mounting system opted by customer).

 

   

Financing

What are the financing options available?

We can assist and provide 3rd Party references and solutions.

 

  

Subsidy

What documents are required to Get a Subsidy?

Does the Franchise partner help with subsidy?

Yes, the franchise partner does assist to secure a subsidy. Extra charges shall be applicable in case the customer wants the franchise to look after complete documentation, process and secure the subsidy on behalf on them.

 

Product Tags:

 What do the different tags like "In Stock", "Available" mean?

  • 'In Stock'

Means are available and the delivery of the same will be based on your location Pin Code (usually we take 2-4 business weeks for areas where standard courier service is available). For other areas, orders will be sent by Registered Post through the Indian Postal Service which may take 4-6 business weeks depending on the location.

  • Available'

Means we might not have the item in stock but can procure it when an order is placed for the item along with certain amount of advance payment. The delivery time will depend on the estimated procurement time and your location and the balance payment to be made once you receive the message for balance payment.

  • Preorder' or 'Forthcoming'

Means such items which are expected to be released soon and can be pre-booked. The item will be shipped to you on the day of it's official launch and will reach you in 2 to 4 business weeks subject to point 2 above. The Pre-order duration varies from item to item. Once known, release time and date is mentioned. (Eg. 5th May, August 3rd week)

  • Out of Stock'

Means the item is currently not available but may be available as per stock availability.

  • Back In Stock Soon'

Means the item is popular and is sold out. You can however 'book' an order for such product and may be shipped as soon as it is back in stock according to the timelines mentioned.

  • Temporarily Unavailable'

The product is currently out of stock and is not available for purchase. The product could to be in manufacturing / procurement process & will be soon available in stock. Use the 'Notify Me' feature to know when it is available for purchase.

  • Permanently Discontinued'

This product is no longer available because it is obsolete and/or its production has been discontinued.
